Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records, CDs, and collectibles are padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
